Dear JoAnn,
It is the day after the 2003 Diversity and Women Leadership Summit and Gala... My heart is still pounding away, my brain is still processing all the information that was gleaned, and my smile is still stretching across the entire length of the office. We could not be prouder of this event and none of it would have been possible without your help, promotion and presence. I am so happy to call you and your organization partner. This type of work we do, it is important for everyone to stick together to support each other 150%. Seeing all the women from 38 countries coming together was truly a sight to behold. The Rising Star Breakfast was a wonderful opportunity to give visibility to the outstanding women whom our work impacts. To know your stories and build upon them is important.
I just wanted to take this moment as the dust settles to say THANK YOU for to Women in Packaging for everything. We wanted to let you know we support our partners in everything they do. Please do not hesitate to call us if you need anything at all. Together, we will move forward at full steam ahead to the future. From what I saw at this event, it is a very bright future indeed.
Onward and Forward,
Edie Fraser

Tell us about your company and why you exhibited @ HBA?
Many of our clients are in the cosmetic & fragrance industry where packaging and promotional items drive sales. Our goal for exhibiting at the HBA show was to gain greater exposure to those in this industry and show what we can do as a company.
What is the most innovative product/service you have to offer?
The products we develop are based on our customers brand identity. We travel around the world to find the latest new materials, technology and styles to offer to our clients. Whether it is lenticular printing, special plastic molding, or just a new design on a set up box that allows us to ship it flat, our ideas are fresh and limitless.
What distinguishes your company form the others that produce similar
products?
It is the people that make a business special and we take great pains hiring & keeping a talented and dedicated team both in the USA and overseas in our manufacturing facilites. We are a certified Women Owned Enterprise. We are committed to searching for & trying to use environmentally friendly materials. We have more than 25 years of importing experience and keep a full time customs broker and designer on staff. When items are manufactured overseas, we can sell directly from our Hong Kong office for clients that want to buy direct from Asia, or we can handle the international shipping, customs, etc and offer an all in price for the customer that does not have importing experience. Most of the time, we all LOVE what we do. Our enthusiasm is contagious and our customers have fun seeing their new ideas become a reality.

Tell us about your company and why you
exhibited @ HBA?
We exhibited at HBA to demonstrate our design and art production
abilities. We took digital photos of visitors, designed product
labels on a computer using the photo and printed the artwork on
a label which was then placed on a sunscreen or cologne bottle.
The visitor left with their own personalized innovative product.
And with something to remind them of us when they need artwork or
package designs in the future.
What is the most innovative product/service
you have to offer?
The most innovative service we offer is our regulatory expertise
in global, domestic and OTC packaging reguirements. We offer our
labeling guidelines handbook and our OTC labeling seminars to clients.
What distinguishes your company form the
others that produce similar products?
No other studio offers the quality art production, proprietary control/
trafficing system and regulation expertise we have been perfecting
over the last 30 years. H&Y's commitment to the cosmetic, OTC drug,
health & beauty and fragrance industries: TO BECOME 'ONE' WITH OUR
CLIENTS, CREATING A SEAMLESS INTEGRATION OF OUR CAPABILITIES WITH
