Outlook

By the year 2000, 63% of new entrants into the packaging work force will be women who'll need the unique resources of Women in Packaging through which they can develop the technical management and leadership skills necessary to survive and thrive.

Criteria for Membership

An individual must be employed full-time in a professional capacity within the packaging industry or a closely-related field, or be enrolled as a student with a packaging or engineering curriculum.
